NOTE PRINTING AUSTRALIA TURNS 110, COINCIDES WITH NAIDOC WEEK CELEBRATIONS
On Monday 3 July, Note Printing Australia celebrated a special milestone with its 110th birthday celebration. The occasion gave the NPA team a moment to reflect on the history of this great organisation whose first project was to produce Australia's first banknote, the 10 shilling, issued on 1 May 1913.
NPA PASSPORT DESIGN FEATURES IN CANBERRA NAIDOC WEEK EXHIBITION
For the next two weeks, NPA’s passport design related to indigenous-themed imagery is on display in the foyer of the RG Casey Building in Canberra. This magnificent and inspiring 13 panel display (each panel is two metres high) uses the R-Series passport to take the visitor on a visual journey across the Australian continent.
